2. Get Your Brief
We review your request and send a planning brief. Quote timing depends on scope, route, logistics and any information still missing.
3. Approve the Quote
Review the approved Quote Version, scope and payment terms. Production only starts after the required commercial and operational gates are satisfied.
4. Service & Fulfillment
After the commercial and operational gates are complete, KPG fulfills the confirmed scope using the packing, supervision and delivery arrangements agreed for the order.

When does a KPG travel request become a payable booking?
A planning request is not a payable booking. KPG first reviews the scope and logistics, then issues an approved commercial quote. Payment only follows the required quote acceptance and operational gates.
Evidence & verification
KPG uses first-party operational information for its own services and confirms dynamic travel, supplier, supervision and logistics facts for the traveler’s actual dates before reliance.
